 Our Taskers Chance community is located in Frederick City, Maryland. Taskers Chance is a community of 724 homes (205 single family homes and 519 townhomes).
The purpose of this site is to provide homeowners of our community with easy access to our association and information relevant to our neighborhood and community.

Taskers Chance Landscaping Award Program |
We will have a new Landscaping Award Program starting immediately.
We will be judging the single-family homes and the town homes separately. For each of those categories, there will be a First Place Prize and an Honorable Mention Prize. The First Place Winner will receive a $50 gift certificate and a First Place sign in their yard and the Honorable Mention Winner will also have a sign. Winner names will be published in our newsletter.
Judging will be based on beautification, originality, colorization, and creativity.
